Nestled in the serene tranquility of Big Bear Lake, my recent stay at Lagonita Lodge offered a blend of relaxation and recreation. The lake-view room provided a spacious retreat, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy gas fireplace. Despite the temporary closure of amenities like breakfast and the rec room due to current circumstances, the indoor pool and spa tub were inviting respites. These facilities beckoned me after long days exploring the nearby town and indulging in spa therapies that revitalized both body and mind.The hotel's leisure offerings extended to a fitness center, providing ample opportunities for a well-rounded stay. The multilingual staff enhanced the overall experience, always ready to offer assistance. While the landscape was picturesque with a patio overlooking the lake, the convenience of being close to town added a practical element to the stay. I look forward to revisiting this serene retreat, eager to once again immerse myself in its peaceful ambiance and rejuvenating services.
